1. The influence of temperature produces a shadow effect.

The pilot film protective film has been tested. The protective film is lifted up due to air bubbles at a temperature of 80°C. That is to say, the protective film has begun to be torn slowly at a high temperature. If the adhesive of the protective film is resistant If the heat or adhesion is not good, it is easy to have residual glue or shadow around the bubble of the protective film. Generally, the place where the shadow appears is the position where the bubble of the protective film is formed.

2. The migration of protective film emulsifier causes shadows

The protective film containing emulsifier will produce a dark shadow after the emulsifier migrates, and the surfactant will act as an external plasticizer in the coating film to make the coating film soft and elastic. If the plasticizer is evenly distributed during coating, the coating effect is better. However, due to the surface activity of the surfactant, the molecules will migrate out of the bulk phase, gather on the surface, and tend to concentrate on the film-air interface, thus forming shadows.

Over time, the larger the contact area of the small bubbles with the air, the greater the possibility of dark shadows. Therefore, try to avoid producing small bubbles when applying the film, and use a protective film of good quality and uniform colloid, which can delay the appearance of dark shadows.
